Onsite Work Policies & Terms

Services & Call Out - The PST call centre is open Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and Weekends on request. At PST our number one priority is you, the customers. We come to you!

Payment - For convenience, speed and security, we take most major credit cards. We carry a portable wireless terminal to process transactions onsite. Once the service is complete, we will process the payment, give you a receipt. A Tax Invoice will be emailed from our admin department.

Data Protection - We strongly recommend that you back up all your information before we arrive. We also offer a full back up service if you need a hand. We also ask you to sign a disclaimer about data before we can start work as we take no responsibility of data loss.

Customer Presence Requirements - It is PST policy that whilst a technician is onsite, an adult over the age of 18 must be present at all times who has the authority to finalise the payment once the work has been completed.
