 MOBILE SERVICE EXPLAINED

• The Fee of $99 will cover the visit and First Hour of Service. 
• Majority of onsite jobs are diagnosed and addressed within an hour. If the service is going to take longer, the techs will provide you with an estimate and get your approval before proceeding further if you decide not to proceed then $99 is all you pay.
• If it is necessary to take your computer offsite to repair which may be the case if the system needs specific spare parts that need to be ordered or lengthy installations which could be done offsite saving you time and money.  In this case, you will be given a fixed quote for you to approve before we proceed and you will be not charged for the drop off visit and install.
